so much for good service.
today we (yingen, charmaine, joey, zishan and me) went to pizza hut @ TM for lunch.guess what, joey was snatching the phone from maine and caused the glass of pepsi to be knocked over. like good job right?!
hahaha. okay i'm not really supposed to be laughing about it.
anyway, they spilled the drink all over and we asked for help from the waiters to clean up.
jo and maine went to the ladies to wash up while we waited.
waited for like who-knows-how-long and still no one bothered.
hence, shan, gen and me got fed up and ASKED if we could change seats.
there was the one and only waitress who bothered to help us.
like seriously, what kind of service is that? just ignoring us like that. ughh.
anyway, after joey came back, she saw this little black 'friend' and jumped till she banged the table. the 'friend's name was xiao qiang - COCKROACH.
so what if it was just a nymph, its still a cockroach okay.
so we gave some "feedback" and decided that we weren't going to pay for service charge.
though the manager was agreeable with that, we didn't receive a single apology or greeting as we left the darn place.
okay, another thing was that we (A9K1) forgot to check the ammended study guide online and thought that we didnt have hap practical today, which we DID.
so good job to us, we might have to receive a ZERO for the assignment.
hopefully, the in-charge is a kind soul who gives second chances.
p.s. don't worry CMs, we don't blame you. it's our fault too. :(
